Does EchoTranscript have any other functionality other than exporting audio to text?
Yes. You can include timestamps of when speakers talk, and if their names are known you can also elect to show the speaker name. Where the speaker name isn’t known you can manually apply a name, or edit an existing name if required.

How can I use BizGPT to enhance my EchoTranscript experience
Once you’ve extracted your audio content you can store it in a folder. This folder can have other files in its contents. You can then run prompts (questions) of the data in the folder through a bot. The bot will take into account the content of all files in the folder when providing a response.

Can others see the data I upload?

Can anyone in my business upload our files?
Only registered Administrators of BizGPT can upload and manage data. You control who can manage data and what groups they belong to.
Can I have a personal catalogue for my projects?
Yes. You can set up a catalogue for each user for tasks and projects relevant only to them.
Can anyone outside our organisation see the data I upload?
No. Unlike other bots your data is uploaded AND trained on our secure servers. No context data is ever used to train exterior models.
